Founder - Tony Evangelou
More than 30 years ago, Tony recognised a growing need for reliable and safe refrigerated transport in South Australia. At a time when temperature-controlled logistics was becoming increasingly important, Tony saw a gap in the market and understood the critical role proper cold-chain transport plays in protecting public health and preventing food from spoiling or becoming unsafe.
Starting with just one vehicle and a commitment to doing things the right way, Tony built Fridge It Logistics SA from the ground up. Through hard work, strong customer relationships, and a reputation for reliability, that single-truck operation steadily grew into one of South Australia’s trusted refrigerated transport and logistics providers.
Today, Fridge It remains a proudly family-owned and operated business, servicing a diverse range of industries including supermarkets, hospitality venues, hospitals, pharmaceutical suppliers, and food manufacturers. While the business has grown over the years, the values it was founded on remain unchanged: exceptional service, honest pricing, and treating every customer’s goods as if they were our own.
